Here’s the cliff notes version of how we found our way to beautiful Northwest Montana.

Teresa and I have always taken the road less traveled. Our journey brought us to the Flathead and Lincoln County area in search of a mountain destination we could one day call home. In 2018, we were fortunate enough to purchase land, and four years later we found ourselves planted firmly in what can only be described as moose-country USA.

Back in Texas, we found great success selling BBQ on a small scale. But from the beginning, our dream was always to head north—and bring authentic Texas BBQ with us. At Holy Moly BBQ, we hand-pick our meats, source the best ingredients, and take immense pride in delivering unforgettable food paired with genuine, friendly service. Our mission has always been simple: introduce a whole new audience to this classic American cuisine.

We also offer catering for events of all sizes. From intimate gatherings to large celebrations, your guests will savor our slow-smoked meats, house-made sides, and the care we put into every detail. We’re here to help make your event truly memorable.
