Here’s the “cliff notes” version of our journey to beautiful Northwest Montana.

Teresa and I have always taken the road less traveled. We came to the Flathead/Lincoln County area searching for a mountain destination to eventually call home. In 2018, we were fortunate enough to buy land, and four years later, we found ourselves smack dab in moose country USA!

In Texas, we enjoyed great success selling BBQ on a small scale. However, we always envisioned moving north and bringing the authentic taste of authentic Texas BBQ to Montana. We hand-pick our meats, source the best ingredients and take immense pride in providing amazing food and exceptional service. Our goal has always been to introduce a whole new audience to this delicious American cuisine.
